CS3 Static Machines
The CS3 Static machine comes standard with:
- A M140 Block Mould
- A 220v or 380v Electrical package complete
The CS3 Static machine operates by dropping 3 M140 blocks per cycle onto a wooden pallet which gets carried away and stacked. The machine makes use of vibration designed to ensure maximum compression gets transferred to the brick.
Optional extras which can be purchased for the CS3 static machine at additional cost are as follows:
- A pallet feeder: Pallets to be stacked beside the machine and to be placed within the pallet feeder, which mounts to the base of the machine. The pallet feeder is able to hold 2 pallets at a time. The pallets are then able to be slid very easily and efficiently slid through the use of a lever in one movement. The motion results as follows: The new empty pallet gets driven into the machine, the pallet which holds the blocks gets forced out onto the pallet slide.
- Chute: The chute in essence is a large pan which accommodates the block mix once discharged from the mixer. The chute is mounted to the base of the machine which through the use of setting brackets meets flush with the bottom former. The chute acts as a bridge between the pan mixer and the machine.
- Pallet Slide: The pallet slide is independently situated in front of the machine. The pallet slide acts as a ‘bench’ whereby the blocks on pallet rest when produced and await collection.
