Every aspect of simplicity has gone into this machine. Uniquely, it can take almost any mould within its parameter, like paving slabs, interlocking or cobble stone pavers, dog-bone pavers, fish tail or dove tail pavers, arrow head , z lock or hexagon pavers.
The Doubell Hyperstat is versatile. It is relatively mobile, and can be shifted from site to site with relative ease.
Electrically operated, using twin high frequency vibrators and a sophisticated simplicity, it allows unskilled labourers to produce a very high quality unit where the dimensions are automatically controlled.
Manufacturing onto wooden boards, which are extruded by the use of a manual eject system onto a roller conveyor is a rapid procedure.
Filling the mould with mix from the Pan mixer (optional), which in turn feeds directly into the machine, takes about 10 seconds.
Then compression, using vibration and ejection of the pallet takes another 7 to 10 seconds.
Manufacturing with the Hyperstat not only saves space, it also makes the process into a pleasure cruise.
Because of the simplified operation, eliminating expensive maintenance and care, less down time, and many other contributing factors, this machine makes good business sense. Setting up is simple. Bolt down, plug in and go… there’s really nothing to it.
