PMSA UNI Static is a heavy-duty machine with a four-column design with easily replaceable brass or vesconite bushes.
It’s high speed, with twin-shaft vibrator for vertical directional vibration 1.5kW, 400V, 3-phase, the vibrating table has replaceable wearing strips on two stabilizer bars for high dimensional accuracy.
The PMSA UNI static has adjustable mould pressure, with locking rods for the precise stripping of high products from the moulds.
Its main vibration is via a pushbutton switch. The mould is held in place during vibration by means of a foot-operated locking catch with an easy spring-assisted release.
It also comes with a tamper brush for cleaning tamper shoes.
