PMSA VB1X Block Machine

PMSA VB1X block making machines are for the manufacture of concrete bricks, blocks and paving.

The machines are manufactured to heavy-duty standards to ensure long life, high performance and high
quality products.

It features an electro-hydraulic control that are remotely away from the machine for a trouble-free operation.

The tamper and mould slide on four heavy-duty hard-chromed vertical shafts which are easily replaced
split brushes. High energy double-shaft directional vibrator with maintenance-free dynamic braking.
PMSA VB1X has a electro-hydraulic operation for tamper, mould box and feed drawer, which automatically filling the mould
from the overhead silo.

Accompanied by an automatic hydraulic pallet feeder, that feeds pallets from the magazine to moulding head and ejects them onto the take-off conveyor – easy and simple with out you having to hassle.

Time controlled by pre-vibration and final vibration, with an automatic vibrator stop and braking upon reaching pre-set product height/vibration.
The moulds are easily exchangeable (large range available) and you have an optional tamper vibration.
